▰ COMET · Implementation + ARKONA

Secure AI Systems Engineering

The build phase. We deploy ARKONA into your environment and integrate it with the systems you already run — with the audit trail, tenancy boundaries and provenance built in from the first commit rather than retrofitted once someone asks for them.

[01] · The Gap

Auditability Is An Architecture Decision, Not A Feature

Most AI platforms were built to demo and hardened afterwards. Multi-tenancy becomes a row-level filter bolted onto a single-tenant schema; the audit trail becomes application logs someone hopes will be enough. Neither survives the first serious review, and neither can be fixed cheaply once data is in the system.

Retrofitted Tenancy

A SaaS product with row-level filters added later is one query bug away from cross-tenant disclosure. ARKONA was multi-tenant from commit zero.

Logs That Are Not Evidence

Application logs record what the code did. Evidence records what was authorised, by whom, under which citation, and survives subpoena.

Unbounded Model Supply

If you cannot say which models touched the data and where they ran, you cannot answer a supply-chain question. US-only, by policy and by config.

▸ What Ships

A working deployment integrated with your stack — cite-cap provenance on every AI decision, tenancy enforced at the data layer, US-only model routing, and an audit trail designed as evidence. Plus the runbook your team operates it with.

[02] · How It Works

Six Steps · Fixed Scope

Time-boxed and fixed-price. Every step produces an artifact you keep, whether or not you continue to the next rung.

  1. 01
    Architect

Integration design against your real systems and your real constraints, not a reference diagram.

  2. 02
    Provision

Environment, tenancy boundaries, and model routing — US-only, per policy.

  3. 03
    Integrate

Connect the systems that matter first. Value before completeness.

  4. 04
    Instrument

Cite-cap provenance and the evidence-grade audit trail, wired as the system is built.

  5. 05
    Validate

Tested against the governance findings that motivated the build in the first place.

  6. 06
    Transfer

Runbook, training, and an operating cadence — or we keep running it on retainer.

Fractional CAIO

Built and shipped. A retainer is how it stays current after we leave.
